Do I need to be tech-savvy to manage my site?

What happens if I want changes later?
Minor updates are free in the first 14 days. After that, you can either do it yourself (We’ll show you how) or we can handle it for you with a monthly maintenance plan.

Yes. We can set up e-commerce so you can sell PDF plans, memberships, or even online courses.
What if I don’t have professional photos yet?
No stress. You can start with stock fitness images, and we can swap in your own later when you’re ready.
